About Reservations

Who We Are

Reservations operates ReservationsHelp.center as an independent travel assistance service. Customers can contact us to discuss their enquiries and learn whether our service may be suitable for their needs.

Our Service

Depending on the enquiry and the services actually available, we may discuss general reservation questions, possible changes or cancellations, and potential next steps. We explain the scope of our assistance and any applicable service charges before a customer agrees to paid assistance.

Our Relationship With Travel Providers

Reservations is not Expedia, Booking.com, an airline, a hotel, or an official customer service department for those businesses. Mention of a provider on this website identifies the subject of an enquiry only and does not imply affiliation, endorsement or authorization.

Provider Policies and Decisions

Travel providers control their own bookings, policies, fees, refund decisions and approval of changes. We do not guarantee that a provider will approve a request or issue a refund or travel credit.
