1. Our Service Fees

Any service fee charged by Reservations LLC is separate from amounts charged by an airline, hotel, booking platform or other travel provider. Before you agree to paid assistance, we will explain the applicable service charge and the service it covers.

2. Provider Booking Payments

Payments made directly to a travel provider are subject to that provider's booking terms, cancellation conditions and refund rules. Reservations LLC does not control provider decisions, processing times or refund eligibility.

3. Requests to Refund Our Service Fee

If you believe you are entitled to a refund of a fee paid to Reservations LLC, contact us using the details below. Please provide relevant transaction information without sending passwords, one-time verification codes or unnecessary payment-card details.

We will review the request against the service agreed to, the work performed, the terms disclosed before payment and applicable law. Any non-refundable charge or limitation must have been clearly disclosed before the customer agreed to the service and remains subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

4. Travel Changes and Cancellations

A change or cancellation request does not automatically mean that a provider will issue a refund. Provider penalties, fare rules, accommodation conditions and other booking terms may apply. We do not guarantee that a provider will approve a change, cancellation, refund or travel credit.
